Basic Information
Scattered Comics creator
Jason Dube has been publishing comics and doing freelance work for a variety of jobs including newspapers,
candy companies, in store ads, and small press publications. Jason Dube has also taught cartooning classes for a number
of years. He appreciates your interest in his artwork, and looks forward to creating artwork for you or your company.
Companies, webmasters, private collectors,
fans, individuals, and more can take advantage of the services offered by this unique artist by commissioning artwork, or,
in the case of a company in need of an artist for a long term project, hiring him. Below is information describing what commissioned
works are and how you can go about having such works created.
Basics of commissioned
work.
A "commission" in the arts community is
a financial contract from a buyer to the artist, authorizing the artist to create a custom, unique work of art, specifically
for the buyer.

How the process works
Once Jason receives your assignment
he'll consider the different factors involved in the project and give you an estimated time. From there, he'll discuss
the details of the project with you. Once everything is decided, you'll be asked to pay half of our agreed upon fee. He'll
start as soon as this money is received. As the project progresses, you'll receive periodic sketches to approve of, and when
the project is complete, you'll be asked to pay the rest. Jason will send you a small low-resolution, low-quality JPG sample
of the work. At this time you will need to send in the remaining balance. When your payment is received, the final
product (a beautiful piece of totally original artwork that has been tailored exactly to your specifications.) will be
delivered by email or CD.

The types of projects Jason
will do.
All of the following (but not limited to)
are types of projects that Jason can do for you. Anime/manga style artwork, original characters (yours or mine), character
design and creation, comics/manga, and character portraits and more! Jason's influences are mostly
Anime style work, but also has some European influences which gives his work a unique flare.
