Attention all amateur film makers, animators, and creative minds. To celebrate the continuing success and wide admiration from new and old fans of the Panda Days comic book series, we here at SCATTERED COMICS have decided to begin a FILM/VIDEO contest.

The 1st winner will get $100.00!!

All entries will get a FREE “Panda Days Film contest” Tank Top. All videos will be showcased at SAC ANIME on August 28th 2009. (http://www.sacanime.com/)

RULES:

1. Enter as many times as you want.

2. Each entry must be at least 5-30 min long

3. Must be themed somehow with the PANDA DAYS comic book series.

4. Can be any film media (i.e. Animation, stop motion, live action, clay-mation, ANYTHING GOES!!)

5. Must be submitted by AUGUST 1st 2009

6. Submit files by CD or email through FTP site. (scattered_cat@yahoo.com)

7. AVI or MPEG2 file formats only. (WMV formats can’t be added to our DVD)

Entry into this contest constitutes an agreement by the entrants that allow SCATTERED COMICS to contain sole rights to all contest entries and may to use their likeness/image/video, etc in any current/future advertisement, promotion, or product.
