CAFFIENE POISONED Cover Contest

To celebrate the release of “CAFFIENE POISONED #4”, Scattered Comics and Sakura of America (The maker of manga art supplies) have created this cool cover contest. Your challenge is to create an original, cool, jaw-dropping COVER ART as inspired by CAFFIENE POISONED.

The Winners: (1st-3rd)

• Will have their cover used as a variant edition cover for Caffiene Poisoned #4.

• You get 10 Free copies of that issue to show off or sell.

• A bio feature inside the comic itself and the Scattered Comics website(s).

• Pigma Sensei pen set from Sakura of America.

Runner ups:

• Have their submission in the comic with name and contact info.

• Have their work shown on all Scattered websites.

• Manga Start mini zine from Sakura of America.

RULES:

• You must be 13 years or older to participate.

• This is a worldwide contest.

• Can be created by using any media.

• You may submit more than one entry.

• Online entries only, hardcopies not accepted.

• Entries are to be inspired by CAFFIENE POISONED

• Entries must be submitted before 11:59:59 PM (PST) ON March 26th, 2010.

Entries after this date will not be accepted

• All entries must be 11” x 17” and at least 340dpi.

• Expectable file formats: TIFF, PSD, EPS, PDF, JPEG.

Contest entries will be judged based on:

• Technical Skill (25%).

• Originality (25%).

• Creativity (50%).
